SVNH: Application Process

In addition to the application form, all new volunteers at Saint Vincent's Nursing Home are required to have a Criminal Record Check prior to becoming a volunteer. To obtain the check, print, complete, and submit the form to your local police or RCMP office. You will be instructed on when to pick up the results of your check which you can then submit to to Saint Vincent's with your application. This process usually takes 3-7 days. There is a small cost for the record check service (about $12 if our form is used) which is payable when you submit the form to the police or RCMP. This charge will be reimbursed upon successful acceptance into the volunteer program.
