Saint Vincent's Nursing Home recognizes its staff to be one of its most valuable resources. We are committed to providing an optimal work environment. Our Human Resources team, comprised of staff, management, and union representatives work hard at creating an enjoyable work environment.

At Saint Vincent's, staff may participate in our on-site Fitness Club with a certified fitness instructor. For those interested in joining a gym, both Curves and Nubody's offer membership discounts to Saint Vincent's employees.

Payroll deductions for professional dues, a Nubody's membership, and Canada Savings Bonds are also available.

There are monthly massages by Northumberland College students and health and safety education sessions for staff on proper body mechanics, safety in the workplace and many other topics. We also enjoy a discount at Sobey's/Lawton's Drug Stores.
